he Giving Brick is a Kansas City-based, non-profit organization collecting used LEGO® bricks to give to kids in need. They collect LEGO donations and then clean & sort them to create new sets. KindCraft volunteers helped sort LEGO bricks that will eventually be put into sets and given to children supported by CASA of Jackson County.
This was the perfect event for all those LEGO lovers out there! The kids had a blast taking apart LEGO bricks that hadn't been deconstructed yet, sorting the non-LEGO out, and putting all the LEGO into tubs for The Giving Brick to start putting them in sets for foster care kids through CASA of Jackson County. It was a great experience and we hope it will put a smile on many kids faces!
