Over 300 people came to help sort lego bricks! There was a sea of legos on the ground and families started by sorting wheels, followed soon by minifigures, plates, bricks, and more.
55 NEW families came to their first KindCraft event to support The Giving Brick’s mission of providing lego sets to kids in the foster care system.
The Giving Brick is a Kansas City-based, non-profit organization collecting used LEGO® bricks to give to kids in need. They collect LEGO donations and then clean & sort them to create new sets. KindCraft volunteers helped sort LEGO bricks that will eventually be put into sets and given to children supported by CASA of Jackson County.
